Tender description

North of England Commissioning Support (NECS) are working for and on behalf of NHS England (North) Cumbria and the North East Health & Justice Commissioning Team who wish to procure Crisis Worker Provision for the Northumbria Force Area. This is to be a 24/7 Crisis Service for victims of rape and sexual violence offering telephone support and opportunities to undergo forensic medical examinations whether a complainant is reporting to the police or not covering the Northumbria Force area. The Service will ensure that each individual Service User receives the most appropriate care to meet their assessed needs. We invite responses from the market for information to assist with the design and structure of the contract tender, in particular to help determine appropriate financial thresholds for the tendered contract, length of duration of the contract, and to help identify specific areas of risk relating to the tender.
