Tender description

Hertfordshire County Council (the ‘Council’) is carrying out Pre-Procurement Market Engagement (‘PPME’) in relation to the provision of Children and Young People Mental Health Early Intervention Services across Hertfordshire. The Council has published this Prior Information Notice (‘PIN’) to alert potentially interested organisations with appropriate expertise and relevant experience of this potential opportunity. Interested organisations have the option to attend a Provider Event on Wednesday 19.7.2017, 13:00 — 17:00; this will take place at Hertfordshire Development Centre, Six Hills Way, Stevenage, SG1 2FQ. The Council will use this Provider Event to enable interested organisations to: — Engage with the Council to understand its challenges, intentions and desired Outcomes for the Services; and — For the Provider Event to enable the potential formation of supply chains and/or consortiums. The primary aim of this pre-procurement market engagement is to understand the market and the options available for the Council to deliver its Outcomes. Furthermore, this engagement enables organisations to effectively plan for the forthcoming procurement of CYP Mental Health Early Intervention provisi.
