Tender description

PURCH1505 Framework Agreement for Graphic Design Services. The University wishes to award a Framework Agreement for Graphic Design Services due to the current Framework coming to an end in Jan 2018. The graphic design services required are for print and digital output that covers a range of marketing collateral from small and medium-sized publications to large-scale marketing campaigns. The University's Marketing, Recruitment and International Office and Procurement Office have managed the current framework for the past 4 years to meet the needs of all University activity. This has been a success and is a model that will be used for the new framework. The appointed agencies must be able to provide the same level of service, input and accuracy as our in-house team ensuring the University's brand identity, reputation, quality and key messages are promoted at every opportunity. Lot 1 — simple straightforward graphic design for print and digital output (e.g. posters, flyers, brochures, adverts, infographics). Lot 2 — Complex brand and design services across a range of media, requiring consultative input, creative concept and brand development, additional services such as copywriting, microsite development, art direction and photography.
