The Authority is inviting quotations from providers to provide care and/or support for the child or young person referred to in the ‘Pen Picture’ which accompanies this document, in line with the relevant service specification for Care and Support Services for Children and Young People. Liverpool City Council intends to spot purchase a package of care and/or support for a specific child or young person.
