To maintain, service, repair and replace communal boilers under a 3 star service to Sheltered Housing and other communal approx. 28 sites within the London Borough of Barnet catchment. Tender for Industrial gas Contract for Grahame Park Heating System, serves up to 1 000 properties plus school, community centre and pub. For maintenance, servicing, replacement and management of radiators in domestic properties. To service, repair and replace water pumps (9 in total) most to high rise blocks. To repair, Maintain and replace Fans to approx. 15 sites (some are high rise staircase fans).
