Tender description

The Provider will provide a Service which will create a Warrington data prospect universe, this will identify businesses in the borough who would be interested in trading with the Council across a prescribed suite of services. The Provider will contact relevant businesses within the borough with which the council can engage and pass to the council the details of those businesses where there is interest. The Provider will i) Identify and engage with companies within Warrington as identified by the Authorised Officer in order to establish business development opportunities and agreed business intelligence information; ii) Develop strong and mutually beneficial relationships between the companies and the Council; iii) Provide introductions to the Authorised Officer for companies with an immediate business interest in the short term (immediate being defined as making a decision within the next six months); iv) Create and transfer to the Council, prospect data and intelligence for longer term relationship management activity; v) Establish the current position of individual companies with regard to the apprenticeship levy and the living wage. There are approximately 6000 business within the borough of which 4000 are the target market. It is anticipated that the project will be completed within six months Keywords: enagement
