We wish to appoint a main contractor to undertake new build construction of 57 no. new build social housing units at 142 — 154 Upper Dunmurry Lane, Belfast for the following mix of accommodation. 14 no. 5 person 3 bedroom houses 27 no. 3 person 2 bedroom houses 6 no. 2 person 1 bedroom apartments 8 no. 3 person 2 bedroom CAT1 apartments 1 no. 5 person 3 bedroom W/C bungalow 1 no. 3 person 2 bedroom W/C bungalow The scheme has been programmed to commence on site on or before 31.3.2018 for inclusion in the 2017/18 Social Housing Development Programme subject to receipt of planning permission and NIHE project approval.
