Tender description

The BFI's property at 21 Stephen Street, a BFI freehold, presents an opportunity to generate new income by letting 2 of the 5 floors commercially. To enable this amount of space to be released, the BFI team will consolidate onto 3 floors by developing new ('agile') ways of working in the available footprint using new support tools, systems and technology. Our overall intention is to create a more flexible and productive work place. In order to achieve this we need to move away from our current PC desktop computing to mobile devices based on window 10 & chrome OS technology and we will purchase a total of approximately 280 devices.
