Tender description
4 bespoke handrails to be installed at the rear of Centenary Court for disabled access. Please see attachments for sizes of handrails and locations. The hand rails need to compliant with Parts M and K of the building regulations. As they are bespoke the contractor will need to visit the site to measure the exact dimensions. The colour for the handrails needs to be RAL 6021 Pale Green. The top rail should be 900-1100mm above the path and the mid rail should be 400-500mm below that. The installers/fabricators must provide information about their method statements, risk assessments and the CSCS cards of their operatives before they arrive on site.
