Who Speclialist Work With MOD Civil Servants, Military Personnel, Contractors The Specialist will be required to work with the Authority and other internal/external agencies to ensure coherent delivery of the services. It is anticipated that the Specialist will agree with the Authority to spend varying degrees of time located at the Authority’s site for face-to-face meetings and to carry out work of a security sensitive nature. What Specialists Work On 1. Devlopment of the Training Modules for the migration of the users rom DII to MODNET as directed by Project and Training Managers. 2. Deilvery of the training modules as required at the user sites as directed by training and project managers 3. Conduct post migration training reports 4. Support the MODNET Project manager in Administering the project 5. Attend and deliver team updates in meetings as needed for both internal and customer briefings 6. Develop guides and process to work around any issues discovered in the migraton 7. Work additional hours as agreed with the Project / training Manager Where the Work Takes Place Army Headquarters, Andover, Hampshire, SP11 8HJ The place of delivery of the contract shall be at such location as agreed between the Specialist and the Authority. Subject to the incumbent being contactable and providing the required outputs, remote working is a flexible element, an ad-hoc arrangement dependent upon work (eg. Outputs, meetings, stand-ups) requirements at the time. Working from home or from another MOD site is permissible, to be arranged at the time. Early Market Engagement N/A Working Arrangements The Specialist shall use its own initiative as to the manner in which services are to be delivered; for the avoidance of doubt, the Specialist shall not be supervised, directed or controlled regarding how the services are delivered. The Specialist shall use its own equipment where security requirements permit. The Specialist is expected to provide the services on such hours/days as required to meet any deadlines, as agreed between the Specialist and the Authority. The Specialist shall provide the necessary resources to support the Services which may include one or more specialists. Security Clearance Security Clearance (SC) required for the duration of the role. Incumbents are to follow both the letter and spirit of Army Headquarters security regulations. Current SC preferred, however IAS would consider interim BPSS sponsorship for the right individual, remaining the intermediary’s responsibility to put the candidate through SC vetting process. The following DEFFORMs will be used: DF111 Addresses And Other Information, DF10 Acceptance Of Offer Of Contract. Skills & Experience Design. Professional experience of Microsoft Office 365 and its applications b. Professional experience of Microsoft SharePoint Professional experience of Microsoft SharePoint Development. Experience of the development of classroom-based training materials Experience of development of e-learning training topics Delivery. Experience and proven skills in the delivery of Microsoft Office 365 training Experience and proven skills in the delivery of Microsoft SharePoint training Excellent communication and interactive skills in order to communicate complex technical training to a wide audience. Excellent communication and interactive skills in order to communicate complex technical presentations to a wide audience Professional effectiveness to consistently deliver high quality training Experience. Minimum experience requirements are: Microsoft 365 Training Certification Nice to Haves Experience of working within a defence environment Experience of development of e-learning training topics using Captivate No. of Specialists to Evaluate 4 Cultural Fit Criteria Work as a team within our organisation and other suppliers.
