Central and North West London NHS Foundation Trust (CNWL) has implemented a Framework Agreement of Specialist Consultants with experience in the design of secure accommodation within a mental health context to facilitate delivery of their construction and refurbishment projects in line with their rolling annual capital programme. CNWL has estates across London and the South East, Surrey and Milton Keynes. The Framework Agreement will be split into the following Lots: Lot 1 — Architectural Framework [Not awarded; subject of separate framework] Lot 2 — Cost Consultancy (including Employers Agent) Framework Lot 3 — M&E Framework Lot 4 — Building Surveying Framework.
