The services to be provided are: (i) Media Planning and Buying to support a Fire Safety Media Campaign. The indicative spend of the campaign is EUR 248 000 excluding VAT. The campaign is to run from October 2017 to April 2018. Media Tracking and Audit Verification — the media campaign in its entirety sand all its activity should be verified by independent tracking sources. The objective is to achieve maximum exposure for the campaign, deliver value for money and negotiate the best possible terms. The tenderer should possess extensive knowledge of existing and new types of media and the utilisation of these media. The theme for the campaign will be confirmed at a later stage.
