Although we are still in the NE12+ Commissioning Phase, the Lead Authority is preparing for the procurement Phase if the decision is made to close consultation and move into the Procurement Phase, therefore we would like to invite Providers of services in the subject areas to a pre-tender event where we will explain what is required for the NE12+ procurement process and what documents will form part of the tender pack.
