The Proposed Final Commissioning Model has been designed with consideration of all feedback received during the consultation period. Consideration has now been given to all feedback received and the Commissioning Model attached reflects those changes. Also attached is a copy of all feedback received, to allow those who have provided feedback during the last 12 months to ensure it has been correctly captured and give an opportunity to provide any final comments in this last week of consultation.
