The PCT, in partnership with Central Manchester Practice Based Commissioning Group and Manchester City Council, is developing a full specification for urgent care services. As part of the design stage it wishes to engage with healthcare providers and voluntary sector organisations to incorporate best practice and innovation into this specification, to ensure that the best possible services are commissioned.
