Tender description

The provision of a taxi marshalling service for Friday and Saturday nights (and other peak periods) to ensure the safety of the general public and drivers. The Service will operate in Warrington Town Centre and in the Stockton Heath area. In order to assist the movement of taxi vehicles, Taxi Marshals assist in the effective loading of Hackney vehicles at the appointed taxi ranks. They are to control the movement of Hackneys from the 'feeder ranks' to the vehicle 'collection rank'. The contract will initially be for a period of three years with options to extend by 2 further one year periods.
