Supplier Briefing Session For The Evaluation of The Community Cohesion Pilot Programme. Session to take place in July 3rd 2017. The Community Cohesion Pilot Programme is a new high-profile initiative funded through s106 contributions from developments in the Mile End and Aldgate East Masterplan areas with the aim of improving cohesion within the respective areas. In order to determine the impact of the programme, the Council is seeking to commission a provider that will support it in determining appropriate key performance indicators, independently evaluate the success of the programme focusing on the implementation and outcomes and help to maintain support for the programme from key project sponsors. The evaluation will comprise of two distinct parts, these are: 1. To identify measurable outcomes to be achieved through the delivery of the programme by working with community stakeholders through a co-production approach 2. Evaluate the quality of delivery of the programme Supplier Briefing Session The Council intends to hold a supplier briefing session on: Date: Monday 3rd July 2017, Time: 2pm until 4pm Place: Tower Hamlets Council, Mulberry Place, Clove Crescent, E14 2BG. The Purpose of this event is to inform the market of the Council's intent to tender the Evaluation of Community Cohesion Pilot Programme contract and explain the requirements that will need to be followed and met to tender for this opportunity.
