Renewal of the support and maintenance agreement for Orchard Information Systems Limited software. Renewal of the support and maintenance agreement for the third party software supplied via Orchard Information Systems. Also supply, installation and support and maintenance of additional Orchard Information Systems Limited modules. The duration of the agreement is for an initial term of 5 years and may be extended beyond the initial period. The supply and support and maintenance of additional modules of the Orchard Housing software under a subscription licence with implementation services charged on a day rate. The new agreement also included renewal of existing software previously purchased from Orchard Information Systems Limited which has been changed to a subscription licence for consistency, plus renewal of existing support and maintenance for third party software (Progress, OpenLink and Kirona) supported via Orchard Information Systems on a support and maintenance basis.
