Tender description
Lewisham has awarded a contract to a Nottinghill Housing Trust to work in partnership with the Council and Phoenix Community Housing Association (Phoenix) to deliver an Extra Care service at Phoenix's Hazelhurst Court Scheme. This tender was conducted under the Public Contract Regulations Light Touch Regime. A contract was awarded for 3 years from May 2017 to September 2020 for Extra Care Services at Hazelhurst Court for 1 348 213.84 GBP. There is an option to extend the service for an additional 2 years at 520 768.07 GBP per annum, bringing the contract total including the extension to 2 389 749.98 GBP. The service will include but is not limited to: — Provision of personal care and support; — Support to maintain independent living skills; — Support to develop social relationships; — On site 1st line emergency response to tenant; — Co-production of the ‘Peace of Mind’ service.
