Tender description

Dartford Science and Technology College is a girls secondary school with a mixed 6th Form, with approximately 730 pupils and 80 staff members, located in Dartford, Kent, just outside Greater London. The proposed contract will be for the outsourced provision of catering services to the School. It is the Schools expectation that the Successful Bidder shall be responsible for the operation of the catering function including employment and management of staff, supply of foodstuffs, consumables and light equipment and preparing and serving appropriate meals. The School will retain responsibility for payment of utilities and the operation and maintenance of core catering equipment and facilities. The school is also looking for investment in the catering facilities.
