Tender description

As part of a lean transformation project within the London Borough of Hounslow (Authority), the direct labour organisation (DLO)of the Authority transferred across to Lampton Facilities Maintenance 360, which is a trading company wholly owned by the Authority. The DLO still requires additional labour resource to compliment the DLO staffing structure to deliver works and services to tenants and leaseholders. The Authority will be making a direct award to the Daniel Owen agency to retain the agency staff currently employed by the DLO. This direct award will expire after 6 months and a tender exercise will be conducted or the resource will be supplied through the Authority's master vendor company. At present the supply of labour is not provided by the master vendor company, hence the need to serve this Notice.
