Provision of Growth Hub Enhancement Project Evaluation

Tender description

We are looking to appoint an organisation to provide an ongoing evaluation of the Growth Hub Enhancement project. In brief, the requirement of the contract is two-fold. 1. To provide ongoing formative assessment of the project to help us assess how well the project is being delivered, to make recommendations on how to refine and improve our services and to identify areas of best practice. 2. A summative assessment is a specific requirement of our funders and must be completed by March 2019 at the latest. It will be impact based and undertaken according to the funder's common framework and methodology, which will be provided to the supplier as soon as it becomes available. Section 5 of the ITT provides more details of the requirements. This opportunity is part financed by the European Regional Development Fund through the European Structural and Investment Programme (ESIF) 2014-2020.
