Tender description
Greater Manchester Commissioning Business Service on behalf of Manchester Primary Care Trust are inviting approved Framework Suppliers from the Multi Disciplinary Consultancy Framework (RM353) to participate in the tender process for the provision of an improved procurement function to support the PCT’s strategic purchase of goods and services, with clear medium-term work-plans for the Commissioning and Provider arms. Additionally these work-plans and sourcing strategies must be supported by an infrastructure that enforces compliance with procurement decisions and delivers an efficient purchase to payment process.
