Tender description

The University requires the services of an examination question paper printer for the printing, picking, packing and making ready for dispatch of its examination papers. The contract is to cover an annual requirement of over 200 different papers, picked and packed for over 100 examination centres. Average pagination of papers is 8 pages, average quantity is 900. The contractor will need to be able to provide personalised desk records and store stationery items. The initial contract is for two years months with a possible extension of 2 one year extensions to a total maximum contract life of 4 years.
