Tender description
The CDM Regulations 2015 require that a principle designer is instructed to oversee the planning, management and monitoring of all health and safety matters in the pre-construction phase of projects. The person / company is required to be independent from the principle contractor and Mitie is therefore required to be instructed directly by the MCA.
