Tender description

Notification of award of the following: This tender is split into 2 lots. For lot 1, we are looking for a supplier who can deliver a full service related to our Water Efficiency Products we send to customers. This may involve the purchase, storage, fulfilment, distribution, mailing and web management of water efficiency products. For lot 2, we are also looking for a supplier who can fulfil our ad-hoc mailing and storage requirements from across the business, including in relation to intermittent campaigns we run. For lot 1, monthly orders may be within 5-15 000 orders. We expect a user-friendly service, excellent reporting and process efficiency. We anticipate that the web and data management will be set up and hosted/arranged by the supplier. For lot 2, the winning bidder may be required to store and mail items at the last minute, manage intermittent mailing campaigns on our behalf or fulfil other ad-hoc requirements from various areas of the business.
