Tender description

The proposed regeneration programme at Ebury Bridge offers an opportunity to develop an approach that sees people as assets in the community to be developed and supported, to be invested in to reduce future spending. The council's approach will be to value and build upon local people's skills and assets so that they can take on key roles and functions of the renewal and sustainability process. Bidders are required to partner the Authority in taking this forwards, bidders must be able to plan, strategise communicate and deliver the council's revised proposal and vision for Ebury Bridge, understand and mitigate risks, rebuild trust and win hearts and minds through a revised community engagement approach and framework. Community Engagement planning and delivery in support of the regeneration of the Ebury Bridge Estate.
