National Review of the Evidence Base Linking Health and Fuel Poverty

Liverpool City Council wishes to commission experienced and expert advice to undertake desk based analysis of the evidence developed and used to demonstrate health impacts of reducing fuel poverty. As well as the development of an evidence base, at as large a scale as possible, the project will review how health focussed fuel poverty schemes have been funded to date; which energy and health partnerships have been most effective and collate and summarise any national evaluation reports which have been produced for existing schemes. Ultimately developing a consolidated list of lessons learned from existing/past schemes.
