Tender description

A software solution is required by Lincolnshire Community Health Services which will enable smartphones to be adapted into lone worker devices. Up to 1000 users are expected to have access to this solution initially. Lincolnshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust and United Lincolnshire Hospitals NHS Trust may wish to have access to this contract at a later date, which may mean an additional 300 users, bringing the possible total up to 1300 approx, but that can't be guaranteed. Users need to be able to make a covert call at a time of danger. Users need to be able to make an open call at a time of danger. Users need to have access to an emergency call centre that is manned 24/7. The Authority requires the solution to be able to track users and for calls to be digitally recorded. Local traffic and weather notifications should be available to users. Management should be able to manage user access, locations and alerts via a web portal. See above.
