Miscellaneous repair and maintenance services

Tender description

The City of Edinburgh Council wishes to appoint suitably qualified and experienced contracting organisations to undertake a variety of repair and maintenance works under thirteen Lots within a framework agreement. The Lots are as follows: Lot 1 Roofing — Micro Works up to 10k Lot 2 Stonework — Micro Works up to 10k Lot 3 Roofing & Stonework — Minor Works up to 50k Lot 4 Roofing & Stonework — Major Works up to 250k Generally the work will be carried out to privately owned traditional tenement properties although there may be a need to carry out works to commercial properties as the need arises, these properties shall mainly be located in the central Edinburgh area. The construction work will follow the enforcement of a Statutory Notice by the Council. The Council also reserves the right to use this framework in all other relevant areas of the Council's business such as commercial properties, should the need occur.
