Managed Ethics Reporting Service HS2 Ltd is committed to ensuring that any potential cases of fraud and bribery are identified and resolved. To help identify potential cases of fraud and bribery HS2 Ltd need to have a consistent and reliable mechanism to raise issues which will be accessible by all members of HS2 Ltd staff, the supply chain and the general public. One of the ways in which the Ethics function can be strengthened is by engaging a third party provider to provide a managed ethics reporting service. The managed ethics reporting service will allow all HS2 Ltd employees, contractors, the supply chain and the general public to report any fraudulent activity that they believe is taking place or any concerns they might have relating to fraud in accordance with HS2 Ltd’s Whistleblowing Policy.
