Tender description

The NWUPC has a requirement to establish a Framework Agreement for the supply of Electrical Materials and Associated Products and Services. NWUPC is managing this procurement process in accordance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (the ‘Regulations’) on behalf of members of NWUPC, NEUPC, HEPCW, SUPC, LUPC and CPC. This Framework Agreement will commence on 1.10.2017 for an initial period of 24 months until 30.9.2019 with the option to extend the Agreement for 12 months until 30.9.2020 and a further 12 months until 30.9.2021 subject to satisfactory Economic Operator performance. NWUPC is looking to establish a framework agreement for the supply of electrical materials and associated products including but not limited to: Accessories Cable Cable Management Distribution and Switchgear Heating, Ventilation and Washroom Lamps Lighting Control Gear Luminaires Security and Fire Sustainable Energy Solutions Test Equipment Wiring Accessories.
