Description of Opportunity Kent Clinical Commissioning Groups and Kent County Council are working together to deliver the transformation agenda around Children's and Young People's Health and Wellbeing. Our approach will lead to a whole system transformation of Emotional Wellbeing and Mental Health Services for Children and Young People in Kent. As part of our commitment to working together to secure this whole system vision, these services will be procured through an integrated programme. Lot 1: North and West Kent CCG's — Targeted and Specialist Mental Health Service for Children and Young People. Lot 2: East Kent CCG — Targeted and Specialist Mental Health Service for Children and Young People. The contract will start in 1.9.2017 for 5 years with a possible 2 year extension. This contract is split geographically. This Lot relates to Lot 1: North and West Kent CCG's — Targeted and Specialist Mental Health Service for Children and Young People. This contract is split geographically. This Lot relates to Lot 2: Lot 2: East Kent CCG — Targeted and Specialist Mental Health Service for Children and Young People.
