Tender description
Coventry City Council is seeking to commission a service to support adults to adopt healthier lifestyles, including stopping smoking, improving diet and physical activity levels and reducing alcohol consumption. This integrated adult lifestyle service will operate universal and targeted interventions and will deliver the NHS Health Check programme in Coventry.
