Tender description

East Sussex County Council is commissioning services to support carers across the social care and health system. The services will support adult carers of adults with care and support needs living in East Sussex, including parent carers of young disabled people in transition 16+ and young carers in transition 16+. Services will be commissioned to address the following four elements: — Carer Identification and Awareness Raising; — Single Access Point for Carers; — Universal Carers' Services; — Targeted and tailored support. Organisations who are interested in providing these services, or who wish to engage with the Council in the development of the services, should register on the South East Shared Services web portal https://www.sesharedservices.org.uk/esourcing and express their interest. Interested Organisations are invited to attend a Market Engagement Event. The event will be held on July 18th, 10:00 - 12:00 at: Uckfield Civic Centre, Bellfarm Ln, Uckfield, TN22 1AE.
