Gladstone Park Estate Development of residential infill sites - Design & Build contractor procurement for Brent Housing Partnership/Brent Council

The Authority, is conducting the procurement using an open procedure for the purpose of procuring a contractor for the Gladstone Park Estate Project. The appointed contractor will be required to carry out demolition of the 4no. existing garage sites followed by the design and construction of 4no. Bungalows (Broadfield Close Coppermead Close), 2no. Maisonettes (Mascott Close) and 2no. houses (Sandcroft Close), together with all associated services, infrastructure and external works as outlined in the Employer’s Requirements. Completion of construction works is planned to be December 2018. Companies expressing interest in this opportunity must have a minimum relevant turnover of £3.6m in the last two years' published accounts. Keywords: design, demolition, construction
