Farnborough King George V Park Sports Pavilion Cafe Provision

Tender description

The Council wants to use the soft market testing to help us determine scope of refurbishment and type of café provision. We would like to see King George V Park Sports Pavilion (Farnborough) refurbished into a café with the view of making the café a central point of the park. Upon completion of the refurbishment, the contractor that will be awarded the contract will be expected to operate a café that meets the needs of park users. We would like to invite potential providers along for some soft market testing / pre- procurement engagement in August to enable us to get a better understanding of the options that are available. Please register your interest and an agenda will be sent to you on 14/07/2017 along with the Pavilion's building plan and a questionnaire. Potential providers will be able to come in for a drop-in visit at King George V Park Sports Pavilion (Farnborough) between 12.00 - 16:00 on 02/08/2017.
