Tender description
The Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames (the ‘Council’) is seeking a Contractor to provide services set up a Design Review panel, and manage the delivery of design reviews. The objective of the Contract is to commission the establishment of a Design Review Panel and associated supporting actions, and the delivery of Design Review service for the Council for a period of three years, and in doing so provide assurance that the proposed developments, policy and guidance supports the Council’s ambitions for design excellence and helps delivers the local and national design and placemaking objectives. It is anticipated that the Contract will be awarded in July/August 2017 with an anticipated contract start date of 1st August 2017 The contract term will be three years.
