Edubase back office function

Tender description

The provision of a platform and workflow back office solution with the following functionality: • A Data Registry to store the school data (in an ISB compliant format) • A Master Data Management framework to provide editable business rules and validations • Secure Access/IdAMS solution compatibility • Provision for AddressBase, geocoding and geospatial queries. • Metadata management • Provision of an API to allow the Data Registry to communicate with the EduBase Front End User Interface and the Secure Access/IdAMS solution including, but not limited to, the functionality detailed in the Texuna quote of 21 October 2016 (ticket #721395). • Compliance with open-source standards and developed using open-source software. A two-year contract will be awarded during which time the DfE shall have the ability to raise additional work packages to cover ad hoc development work within the scope of the work strands covered by the contract.
