Crawley Borough Council is firmly committed to its ambitious and far-reaching plans for Crawley town centre. In response to the changes in the economic climate over the past few years and following a fundamental review of the way in which those plans can be delivered, the Council intends to seek a development partner to help it take forward the flagship development at the heart of its Town Centre North redevelopment. At this stage, the Council is interested in holding informal discussions with potentially interested parties to discuss preliminary issues, consider feedback and thereafter determine the likely structure of a development partnership and the exact procurement route to select a developer.
