Manchester City Council (the Council) is seeking initial feedback from persons or organisations in respect of the issues that were raised in the City Centre review (CCR) The exercise is being undertaken to engage with persons and/or organisations in advance of any procurement activity. For the avoidance of doubt, this notice is brief for the purpose of conducting market consultation. Responding to this exercise will not place you in a more favourable position at tender stage, and likewise declining will not exclude you from tendering. The responses to the exercise will be used exclusively for the Council’s information.
