Tender description

The University will be inviting selected Suppliers to submit initial formal tenders to deliver the Catering and Hospitality Service to Nexus. The University is seeking to appoint a sole provider to deliver this service in our new innovation centre situated on the south eastern corner of the main campus. Nexus will provide a high profile focal point to stimulate collaboration between external companies and other public and private organisations that will lead to new projects and increased research and innovation for the University. The core elements underpinning the Nexus catering and hospitality services proposition are: Café; Business Lounge; Hospitality — Delivered and Events. The key themes underpinning the Nexus catering and hospitality services are: Innovation; Quality Food and Beverages; Ambience and Personality; Service. The University of Leeds (the ‘University’) is seeking the appointment of a contractor to deliver the Catering and Hospitality Service to Nexus located on the main campus. The University will appoint the contractor using the Competitive Procedure with Negotiation in accordance with Regulation 29 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (the ‘Regulations’).
