Request for Quotation for Broadband Consultancy Services WSCC has recently contracted with BT to provide broadband infrastructure across the county. WSCC wish to retain ad-hoc broadband consultancy services to support the Local Body over the next three years. General Scope: To provide support and guidance on technical broadband issues, data and mapping analysis, state aid issues, legislative issues including New Roads and Street Works Act, scrutinise technical detail and the level of resources used, attend Governance boards and identify the impact to changes of the project plan. Must have experience of working on large scale broadband developments.
