The measurement of child wellbeing and in evaluating the impact of services. Combine knowledge of the looked after system with the capability to measure system dynamics and child wellbeing to determine whether it is possible to safely reduce the number of children in care without doing harm. Reducing the number of children in care is a key priority of the Transforming Children's Services Programme and the input the Contrator is seen as crucial to achieving the desired outcomes. The project is expected to result in improved outcomes for our children and young people as well as reducing spend on placements for looked after children.
