Asbestos removal services

Tender description

An invitation to tender has been issued by Lancashire Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust to procure the services of a specialist surveyor to assist in the management and control of asbestos within Trust property by the undertaking of Asbestos management Surveys in a number of properties owned or leased by the Trust. The appointed surveyor will be required to set out recommendations and costs on any remedial works which have been identified using scoring algorithms and risk assessments. The Tendering Surveyor will be expected to submit an indicative programme with his Tender return identifying the order in which the surveys will be undertaken in the various properties owned by the Trust. The overall contract will be undertaken using a phased approach, allowing for individual tailoring of the project.
