Tender description

Development of a Utility Infrastructure Strategy and Associated Design and Implementation Activities. The UEA are looking to appoint a Mechanical and Electrical Services Consultant with considerable knowledge of large private infrastructure networks and off site utilities, to assist the UEA in the development and delivery of a long term infrastructure strategy to align with a 15 — 25 year development plan. The Consultant shall need experience with district heating and cooling networks, electrical distribution, gas and water services. It is important that the Consultants have a knowledge of external Utility's requirements as well as an understanding of the current and future expected climate change legislative changes. As part of these works the UEA is keen to explore emerging technologies.
