Agreement for a TM44 Inspection of Air Conditioning Systems

Tender description

The University wishes to undertake a full TM44:2013 Air Conditioning Inspection Report to all air conditioning systems above 12Kw (as defined in TM44) within its estate; as defined in the schedule of LJMU Estate Buildings and specification at Appendix A. This will include the lodging of all reports on the register of energy certificates and air conditioning reports with the Department for Communities and Local Government (CLC). Inspections must be undertaken by a suitably qualified and accredited persons, referred to in this document and TM44 as 'inspectors', they are formally 'Air Conditioning Assessors', accredited by a scheme approved by the Department for Communities and Local Government (DCLG)TM44:2012. The results of the Inspection and report will provide the following:- • Each Building will have a CLC formatted Air Conditioning Inspection Certificate • CLC formatted TM44 Air Conditioning Report • Summary Report for all buildings Please note Inspections must be undertaken by a suitably qualified and accredited persons, referred to in this document and TM44 as 'inspectors', they are formally 'Air Conditioning Assessors', accredited by a scheme approved by the Department for Communities and Local Government (DCLG)TM44:2012.
