Worcester City Council (WCC) is seeking to appoint a 'subject matter expert' (SME) to complete an assessment of each of its 14 car park locations to determine the most appropriate method of payment, such as 'pay on exit' (which could provide the customer with a more flexible 'length of stay' choice) credit/debit card payments via pay and display terminals, Ring Go phone payment etc. with initial focus on the St Martin's Gate and Cornmarket car parks.
