Supported Living for Young People

Trafford Council is seeking a provider to deliver a four bed accommodation unit in the borough of Trafford to support young people aged 16-19 years, leaving care. The requirement is for 4 flats, each having their own front door, bathroom, bedroom and a combined lounge/kitchen. In addition a communal lounge is required where young people can socialise. The accommodation will provide support to the young people to live semi-independently in the form of a full time support worker although the hours will need to be flexible based on the needs of the young people and spread across 7 days so there is no single day where there is not access to a support worker for the residents.
