Tender description

The purpose of this contract was to appoint a ‘maximum’ of 4 suitably qualified and experienced Contractors onto a Framework to complete the following: The works were to be at separate locations as described in the Scheme Specific Works Information, located anywhere within the Metropolitan Borough of Sefton. Individual works or schemes will vary in size between a single item work request to the delivery of larger schemes or programmes of work. Values of such works / schemes could vary up to a maximum value of 100 000 GBP. There was to be no minimum or maximum guaranteed value of work per annum or throughout the full duration of the contract to any Contractor included on the framework. The purpose of this contract was to appoint a ‘maximum’ of 4 suitably qualified and experienced Contractors onto a Framework to complete Street Lighting Maintenance Works.
